Dr. Harib H. Ezaldein, MD, is a facial plastic and reconstructive surgery fellow at 5C in Coeur d’Alene, Idaho, specializing in facial cosmetic surgery, complex facial reconstruction, and long-term skin health. Yale-trained in both engineering and medicine, with fellowship training in Mohs micrographic and facial plastic surgery under Dr. Richard Bennett in Los Angeles, Dr. Ezaldein brings an engineer’s precision to the architecture of the face: how tissue moves, how it heals, and how it holds its shape over decades.
A prolific researcher with more than seventy peer-reviewed publications in JAMA Dermatology, the Journal of the American Academy of Dermatology, Cancer Research, and Dermatologic Surgery, Dr. Ezaldein has served as lead development engineer on transdermal drug delivery and mechanosurgical device programs and previously served on the executive board of the American College of Mohs Surgery.
